At the end of 5th grade, our son was looking for something to prepare him for sports at the middle school level. X5 came highly recommended - so we gave it a try. Christopher has now been working out at X5 for 8 months – and we are always getting comments from parents who have known him through the years asking what he is doing different. They see him moving on the field and court with speed and agility. Training at X5 has also given him confidence on the field and court that is so important for a middle schooler. We love that the workouts are specific for his age, and he loves that they are fun and challenging! The group training really helps to keep him motivated. Christopher loves football and basketball – but he is training with kids that love lacrosse, hockey, tennis, soccer, etc. and it works for ALL of them!!
